Dangerously hot weather is coming to Arizona!
Excessive Heat Warnings are in effect for the entire Phoenix Metro and beyond starting Saturday. They’ll remain in effect all the way through the 4th of July.
Phoenix will reach 115+ degrees for the first time this year this weekend.
Daytime highs will continue to top out between 110 and 115 degrees across the Valley through the 4th of July.
With Excessive Heat Warnings in effect, Saturday through Tuesday will be ABC15 Weather Action Days as a reminder to take action to stay safe in these dangerous temperatures.
Limit your time outside during the heat of the day and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Keep an eye on children and the elderly, who can be the most affected by this heat, and bring your pets inside too!
